Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Giftory account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Return Label

  Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
